If our moderation systems or human staff determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately, and without prior notice or liability, terminate your access to the platform. This is typically executed via a network IP ban. We are not obligated to provide a reason for the ban, nor do we guarantee an appeals process. Attempting to bypass a ban using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or proxy servers constitutes a severe violation of these Terms.
All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the site, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Omegle platform after any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located within the United States, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.
